Turbulence Poem by Eric Niehoff

Turbulence

The plane begins to shake
Those who slept now awake

Passengers are reassured
Crew is barely heard

Life flashes before my eyes
Remembering family ties

Thinking of one regret
Due to this awful threat

Life in this world is short
Happiness is your comfort

The plane levels out
You almost want to shout.

You will live another day
Just live it the right way.

Do what is best for you
And only contentment will ensue.
