Turn Around - Poem by Tygrr Robertson

Turn around,
For fear that love,
…may come your way
Emotions locked,
… deep within
Acting as love,
… were a mortal sin

Thought’s of you,
These feelings for you,
…won’t go away
My heart yearns for you,
…with every beat
Refusing to accept,
…my ultimate defeat

In time I hope,
…you will see
Just how happy,
…we could be
