Turning into a mango 🌴

Bright summer afternoon
Eating mangoes was a boon
Gulping the pulp
Sweetest thing in gulp!
Kalas! I swallowed the seed!
Will I turn to be new breed 🤯
Slept off with the thought
Dreams wild within fought
Next day woke up
To be a big mango tree!
Festival homes plucking my leaves
School kids throwing stones
To bring down the fruits
Wood cutter sawing off my thickest branch
Yelled me in pain to match! ! !
A poor passer by
Slept under me in the noon
A cute squirrel
Climbed all over me
Lovely green parrots
Stayed overnight
Little chipping sparrows
Started building best
Leaves adored the village festival fare
Wood became strong design furniture
Fruits becomes jams
And pickles
I felt my transformation
Finding a purpose
As I was cherishing my new avatar
The morning sunrays
Fell on my face
I woke up with a jerk
And smiles trace
What a beautiful dream it was
To be something that's more meaningful

Wishing I m a mango tree in my next janma!
If I save some good karma! ! !
