Un Affaiblissement Intérieur Poem by Melissa Hurst

Un Affaiblissement Intérieur

Eaten alive
Consumed inside
The dark shroud is near
I lay idly, devoid of fear.

Eaten alive
Maggots on the outside
My soul tarries
Aboard death's ferry.
