Unfaithful Poem by JESUROBOOWIE GIFT IMAFIDON

Unfaithful

You came in with promises
We believed our love was casted on stone
Until the shadows played the images
Revealing how satanic clever
You were, I hurt

Tornadoes tears of bitterness flow
For I was lured by beauty again
Weaker you seem but your strength is your deception
The double headed snake that meanders away
Not without a sting to my heart

You have wakened the devil in a godly man
Oh you jezebel, you have sent wrath on Samaria
With your adulterous mind you have corrupted the land
Now I see beyond the veil
You were my weakness, yet I still long for thee

As flashes of lightening brightens the sky
I remember how My Maker loves me
Even in my unfaithfulness, He still remains faithful
I wept again this time not for you but for my self
And realized that unfaithfulness lies with the mortals
