I wander through
this solitary moment
time-drawn at the edges
burning in the middle
knowing this is me

Heaved upon myself
to become what I am
and to continue becoming

And I want to understand
and wonder to describe
this strangest of experiences

Sensing that I am
not that different than any other
yet unique
