Unsinkable Poem by somebody else

Unsinkable

Many things do we fail to perceive,
for our arrogance, does truly deceive.
So much faith, put in man-made things,
but disappointment, is all it brings.
For we know the story, of that unsinkable ship,
that did fail to complete, its maiden trip.
But just as it was, on a collision course,
so too is the earth, soon to hit a mighty force.
And it best to be ready, history has taught,
but the lessons learned, have been forgot.
For the dangers ahead, do so many doubt,
even though from the highest, does he shout.
And when we collide, oh so many will lose their grip,
and into the deepest of pits, will they slip.
But a life line for all, has already been thrown,
and is safely secured, to his everlasting throne.
For indeed its been told, will the earth go down,
and the unprepared, in their sins will drown.
