Unspoken Love In Elevator Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Unspoken Love In Elevator

Unspoken Love In Elevator
Encounter with a beautiful girl in elevator
While riding for office located in Six floor
Who might have owned a flat on top floor
The event continued more than a year.

I never dared to express my love for beauty like her
I always noticed a sense of vanity reflecting from her.
Unspoken and unexpressed love turned sometime bore
But, no doubt, I still love her from my internal core.

Arrogant look without even trace of soft smile
Sounds cool and busy, carrying so many files.
Suddenly, one day her shivering lips tried to speak
But in vain, I felt heart break when noword leaked.

By chance next day, we are alone in elevator, to clear
I dared and expressed " Sweet heart, I love you my dear "
Mystically, she handed an invitation card of her wedding
Exploded her emotional feelings for me, gently crying.

Now its too late for me, your lovely worthless praising.
The words that I liked to hear from you, so long ago
You inhibited your expression for your noble ego.
Two drops of pain rolled down on my cheek as tears
As a gift of Silence love, her eyes too flooded with tears
Composed by Tulsi Shrestha with ink of tears
