Until Death Do Us Part Poem by Anthony Raymond

Until Death Do Us Part

I promise to be true
In good times and in bad

I promise to be faithful
In happy times or sad

I promise to honor you
Even when we disagree

I promise always to love you
Even if you forget to love me

I promise to heal wounds
Life may send our way

I promise to resist
Emptiness leading me astray

I promise for better or worse
To love beyond every evil curse

I promise my wife or husband
To devote my life and not divorce

I promise my love forever to you
For better, worse, richer, poorer

I promise all these words are true
Before I say to you, I Do!
