Until The Ending
I'll love you when the days are fair,
And I'll love you when no one else seems to care.
I'll love you when summer grants her grace,
And I'll love you when spring hides her face.
I'll love you when we can walk the forests fearless,
And I'll love you when we must wander in the war-torn world homeless.
I'll love you when the world is ending,
And I'll love you more perfectly after this world's mending.
Through the days until that time,
I'll cherish you in every thought and rhyme,
Though shadows should dash the light,
Though all the world should fall to night,
Though Satan's thorns shall choke the flowers,
Though all the people of this realm should kneel to his power,
I will stay by your side,
Now and until we've died,
Now and until the end
I'll be there for you, as a loving sister, and a steadfast friend.
