All of us encounter and experience ups and downs in life. From our own personal encounter and experience, we grow in awareness that both the ups and the downs have a purpose. They bring us through the seasons in life when we grow in faith, hope, love, grace and wisdom. We learn to put ourselves in the other's shoes and to empathize with them in their ups and downs.
