Used To Be Poem by dymon sidebottom

Used To Be

Words that used to be sorrow and pain.
Arms that used to be all scarred up.
A frown that never left that face.
Pain that wouldn't go away.
Words that are new.
Arms that have scars.
A frown now a smile.
Pain that's disappeared.
Time still spent with talent.
Reminders dont bother.
This is who I am, this is what I do.
My talent, and my scars, make me who I am.
