Valuables Poem by Cyclopseven R

Valuables

Demolition work is going on, consistently
ravaging the core of human hearts
tears of pain, roll down the cheeks
as if washing the rough surface
but man goes on without much care;
when the foundation is shaken
how can the future promise stability?
when the petals have fallen
what becomes of a flower? ;
man, thou shall never forget
values gained, inherent beauty
the sustenance for the soul
as it travels in the eternal chariot called TIME.
