Violent Breeze Poem by Timmy Curran

Violent Breeze

Passing through the house
leaving the curtains
on the floor
Passing through the halls
opening every door
Like a fire, like a breeze
the house brought down,
then scattered amongst the trees
and left for the ground
All in the home
to fall to the silence,
feeling alone
never seemed so violent
