Walk Away With The Wind Poem by john mylius

Walk Away With The Wind

With a Smile that's as fresh as a spring morning shower
Soft as the gentle caress of a rose
Tempting beyond self restraint and composure
Yet WICKED as only the Devil could know

There are Demons within Her
She's an Angel in White
A restless Spirit that cries out, to be heard in the night

Her Looks captivating, I can't keep myself away
My eyes try to turn, but she won't let them stray
Why'd I have to walk through this way of the woods in the moonlight? ? ?

Walk away With the Wind
Sail across a Deep blue sea
Lord can you tell me what it is, Got a hold on me

Walk away With the wind
Fly across a Midnight sky
I may not return again
To Reality

Long Black hair darker than a cold winter's night
My hands want to go there, I can't put up a fight
The trees are all watching, the wind is beginning to Howl

Cat's Eyes have me Spellbound, and they won't let me go
They Flicker once gently, Now brighter they glow
She's drawing me nearer, Don't think I can last anymore

Walk away With the Wind
Sail across a Deep Blue sea
Lord can you tell me what it is
Got a hold on me? ?

Walk Away with the wind
Fly across a Midnight Sky
I may not return again- to Reality
