Wandering Israel.....

Still blind to the truth she's reading
Of Jesus everywhere
Yet Israel's ever needing
To seek life's offered share

From youth till old she's sought in vane
At home and foreign shores
Denying He who came to reign
To end her countless wars

Heaven's written in black and white
Amidst much blood and gore
Plain and simple, clear in sight
Jesus, is Heaven's Door

Still the Talmud's God's Holy Word
Describing Heaven's Way
Yet few accept, facts being heard
Spoken each Sabbath day

Though blessed! God's made his chosen wise
In most of what they do
Still for a while He's closed their eyes
Salvation to pursue

Through disobedience, blinded
Since Egypt in the past
Conceited and double minded
She's getting nowhere fast

What can be said, what can be done?
How will they learn to know
Their King, their Christ, God's risen Son
Doubting life's Crimson Flow

Only The Christ can open eyes
Make quick, the walking dead
Will guide lost souls through Paradise
Just as His Father said.....
