We live in a world of hate,
fearing the truth, blinded by lies,
lost souls, and glazed eyes,
silenced screams of terror and pain,
we ignore the helpless for fortune and fame,

We convince ourselves that what we do is right
when all we do is kill and fight,
for our beliefs may corrupt us,
and make us believe what is not there,
what to say, what to hear, what to wear.

We live among millions,
but each one of us alone,
in our mind, our body
we make these choices
we are only one...
