Blessed are the blessed because those blessings come from heaven
This is just a short piece i dreamt of writing when i was seven

So here i am today granted this life time opportunity
Of sharing plain words aiming to strengthen your unity

Marriage is too sacred do not play it my dear
For these words to dwell within you better close the other ear

As i wish you all the best and pure love that will linger
Remember that marriage is not just a ring on your finger

It has lost its entire meaning so please bring it back to life
Be a woman, be a lady, to your husband be a wife

Set an example to your loved ones, let them deeply be inspired
The future is yet, live the present, for the past has expired

So as i stand before you reciting these words that i wrote
I hope i contribute to your happiness with this simple wedding note.
