What If Poem by Daniel Madmon

What If

And what if I feel sad
For no reason at all
The sort of saddnes
That feels a bit good
The one that makes you
Crawl into your Bed
And stay there empty
In the dark silence
And what if I'm holding myself back
Whenever I open my mouth
To never let the truths go
Because I know
You won't be able to handle it
You will simply run away
Once again into your
Pity little tiny work
Forcing yourself to forget
The black and the white
Sinking yourself into the deep
Ugly boring gray
And once again I will be left
Alone with everything.
