When What Means What - Poem by mark glaser

If there was ever a moment,
When a breath meant something,
It is every moment with you.

If there was ever a minute,
When a glance meant something,
It is every minute with you.

If there could a day,
When we devoted ourselves to one another,
It would be a day special with moments and minutes remembered.

If there could be a week,
When we devoted ourselves to one another,
It would be a week with a window to the future.
