Where Are You? Poem by Sony Dalia

Where Are You?

Adhaato brahma jignaasaa…
Well said, well started.

Quest marks mind,
trust makes man,
mistrust sign of impending calamity.

Mosaic of cultures, tongues, tastes,
dress and address so delightfully diverse,
views apart, no barriers to converse.

Day to worship goddess of light
chosen to turn learning into battle
tolerance too has limits, know not the cattle.

Let light within brighten the path…
blaming, shameless, roam a mob
reading, heeding learners' job.

Fasting, praying, sharing love
carry not name, clime or time..
Truth is one, perceived diversely.

Sun is one energizing all
location fixes lighting zone.
