Where Churches Fail

So why are churches now failing?
Sailors, ships anchor weigh?
Refuse with their Captains sailing
Along Salvation Way

With danger continue rising
Enemies all around
Watching citadels demising
Grows more and more profound

Over two thousand years standing
Truth, countless came to save
Instead of numbers expanding
More shameful find the grave

Where anchors not in solid ground
Where ships are without sail
Where no forgiveness can be found
Crying will be in vain

Oh what misery, for one's soul
With death's cold hands held taut
Sunk, scared stiff, having failed, life's goal
Facing life's true report

Not every church is Christ standing
Not every priest is true
Veracity, Heaven's demanding
The Lord insists for you

Be warned in life, total aware
Find refuge now, today!
Seek Shepherds, who truly care
Seek Jesus whilst you may

Seek true Salvation, come inside
Taste of a Pastor's fare
Where Jesus teaches, Truth will guide
Where Heaven's wealth you'll share.....
