Whispers Of The Kiss Poem by Naashon Kuteesa

Whispers Of The Kiss

Beneath the moon's conspiratorial gaze,
Where secrets bloom in silken night,
A kiss arrives like summer's haze—
A fleeting fire, igniting light.

It dances on the edge of breath,
A velvet promise, warm and wise,
Unraveling the chains of death,
Awakening the dormant skies.

In that suspended, sacred space,
Lips entwine like roots in earth,
Time yields to passion's fierce embrace,
Revealing love's unspoken worth.

And when it fades, a echo stays,
A tender scar upon the soul—
The kiss, in all its myriad ways,
Makes broken hearts profoundly whole.
