White Turtle Poem by Bianca N/A

White Turtle

Rating: 2.8

The huge white turtle cruised through the water so clear
Searching longingly for lunch
Two turquoise long tailed fish
Rushing forward
Catching bubbles in her shell
Squinting in the shimmering sun
Eagerly chasing
Fast and sifted
Finally gulping down the prey
Slipping, sliding down her throat
Rough skin hard and strong
Striding in the water proud
Tired and exhausted
Floating, soaking up the sun
She is resting.
