Whithered Flower - Poem by joshua burckhard

the whithered flower will need so much attention just to get back on track with the rest of this field it lives in
but no one has that kind of patients to let it grow
forever stunded never growing
just weight down with the guilt of others
but till all other can take what they have earned maybe she can fully spread her petals to her full beauty
but that will never happen people are to stern
then can't blame themselves for their own mistakes
we have to have someone to blame
so we will never see this flower in it's true beauty
fully grown, tall and slim with thorns froms its past
such lush petals from it's blossom
it won't have it can't have we won't let it
it will only lay there and whither
just let it's petals fall to earth finally happily gone with no one to miss it
