Who Has Eyes To See?

Though man degrades in disarray,
Few people yet agree
Decadence, surges night and day,
But who has eyes to see?

Devious serpents have mankind, kissed
With venom souls to burn
Although God Himself will assist
So few to Him will turn

Refusing to take Christ’s healing hand
Still having no idea
The world, at large can’t understand
The sense of godly fear

They need to hear from those who do
Who’ve learned, that selfless love
Will cancel death, cause birth anew
For endless life above

For this! God sacrificed His Son
Demonic chains to sever
That perfect victory would be won
For man to thrive forever

But while hell’s devils will deceive
Confused, remains mankind
Countless such love will not believe
Forlorn, stumbling, blind

But till like sheep, we cease to stray
Deceitful hordes to beat
We’ll fail to chase devils away
To learn at Jesus’ feet

The church must swift awaken now
The time grows ever nigh
Humbly to Heaven’s will bow
Or burn with those who die…..
