Who Seek A Place

To worship God, I seek a place
A church on Zion hill
Where just as Moses face to face
They seek The Father’s will

I pray The Lord will help me find
His house of living stone
Where sin and shame are left behind
A home to call my own

With heart and soul the truth I seek
God’s Light that I belong
Where strength I’ll gather when I’m weak
Where love can sing its song

Where those inside, bear Jesus’ name
Where eyes are trained above
Where all baptised in Jesus’ Flame
Are guided by The Dove

Where evil’s shed its dark disguise
Where truth can have its say
Where those yet dead can still arise
And walk the narrow way

Where all in Christ are truly fed
A place where God has blessed
Where through His love and Spirit led
I’ll walk my righteous quest

To this, I pray my God would guide
In Christ to pastures green
Where still the waters run inside
Can wash and keep me clean

Until in Christ my place is found
The place The Lord has planned
I’ll walk and seek the higher ground
Within my Saviour’s hand…
