Who To Blame Poem by Paul Cutting

Who To Blame

OK its time for a sit down meeting with the U.S. of A.
We have let the dumbest among us have
there way.
The drumming down of USA is just about complete.
The country is on its knees and
knocked off its feet.
So now it is ours to loose or to keep.
We can't blame our Great Grand parents they fought and die and left us a gem.
So Who can we blame the Republicans or the Dem's
Who should we point the finger of blame, when all know the despicable name.
So what did we do when shove came to push, No that is to easy I can't even blame bush.
If you take a look from deep out in space, you can see there is no bridge on or off of this place.
Yes I'm afraid we can all make our case, but it you and I who have egg on our face.

Bought a mirror the other day Thought it might give me insight in the way That things behind me look When on this path of moral bankruptcy we took. The fault is everywhere And there's plenty of blame to share But in retrospective analysis 'Others' are responsible for the paralysis. So I continue to vote for politicians That represent me in giving 'me' what they can. And I complain about the 'other' ones, Those Republican and Democrat clones. The answer isn't pretty But neither is apathy. What do you suggest? s
