Why - Poem by domanick schulte

I wonder why people lie to us,
lie that they are fine,
even if they aren't fine,
because I can see in their eyes,
that they aren't fine,
I'm just being helpful,
but you say that there is nothing wrong,
there's something wrong,
I can see it in your eyes,
just tell me I've been there before,
you don't know what I've seen,
I'm trying to help you be yourself,
so please let me help,
I'm trying to help,
all in my favour,
just to help people to be happy,
not to be a little cranky,
so please please let me help you,
I like you not to die,
if you do I will break,
so please don't die at the dawn of break,
just trying to help,
not to make a freight,
now I'm on the edge on break,
trying not to break,
because everyone loves you,
even if they hate you,
they still love you,
you love them,
we need each other in the world,
if a lot of people die,
the world will die because everyone loves each other,
so please don't ponder,
because I even wonder,
all I'm saying is that,
I'm trying to help,
so please don't yelp,
so please let people help,
we all need it.
