Why Is It Bitter Poem by Ardimus Caldwell

Why Is It Bitter

From a heart to a heart
To sweet to sweet
Our souls to keep
Where ever you are
Unknowing location
Maps not knowing how far
Thy plain set for your destination
Searching for those eyes
A smile that burns a whole through me
A kiss that steals away all lies
Beauty casted melted on onto thee
Not found for me
Then I will surely die
To whomever it may concern
Listen
To a sweet heart
From a heart to another
To sweet to sweet
Nothing is more bitter
Than a sweet heart
