Pain is not a punishment
it's the outcome of your ignorance.
Inevitable! -
No one can heal it - only you,
when you answer all the questions
you should have asked
and understand the answers
to those you thought to pose.

Know yourself,
know your history,
and know your purpose.
In the light of knowledge -
the pain may not be healed
but it will be more bearable.

Pain is not pre-ordained -
just unavoidable in this imperfect world.
Only understanding will bring balm
and some sweet relief
as we wait for universal enlightenment.
