Why Me? - Poem by Cassandra Legg
why did you choose me to be your victim.
for you to just pop up and have feelings for me?
dont you think thats a bit ridiculous?
i should of known better,
i should of known that you weren't real.
that you were just putting on the act of actually liking me.
even just a bit.
i long for that moment.
when you stare me in the eye and you say what i want to hear,
but this time mean it.
please, atleast do that when im dead.
when i'm in my coffin,
or in the jar, with my ashes in there.
come to me and say it,
and i'll be looking down from heaven, orup from hell.
that you finally said it.
you said you loved me.
but in the meantime,
the question remains.
