Winter - Poem by Grace DeVon miller

the warmth has left this cold dead place
the warmth has fled away from here
left it and now it changes
the colors leave
the days become nights
the leaves they began to fall
the world turns cold
the world seems dark
for this winter shall be cold
the moon comes quickly
the day comes to a stop
the night is starting to approach
for the sun has came to a stop
for the warmth has left this place
and left me to face the cold
