Winter Wonderland Poem by avery watts

Winter Wonderland

Welcome to the winter wonder land
The snow falling as you hold my hand
Dressed warmly in your sweater
With me you'll feel much better

I'll face the cold winds of Alaska
Embrace the frosty air of Nebraska
I'll skate till my body shivers
And freezes all the rivers

A road of ice and snow
As I feel the cold in my toes
Climbing the tip of an iceberg
Where wonderous sounds are heard

The snowflake fall to the ground
The temperature begins to drown
I'll endure the harsh wind
So you're close behind
