Wisdom Poem by somebody else

Wisdom

There are no ears, my words will not reach,
because important it is, your stubborn heart I teach.
For you have been living foolishly, for so long,
it is as if you do not know, right from wrong.
But terrible mistakes you have made, yet I hold you tight,
even though you rebel, and against me fight.
Because there is a terror, that lies in wait,
and if you are not careful, it will become your fate.
For I have told of the things to come, and gave my word,
yet you sit idle, as if you have not heard.
So what more can I say, to make you see,
that it would be very wise of you, to return to me.
