Wish We Could Hold On Poem by Anna Christine

Wish We Could Hold On

There are only 28,080,000 seconds in a year.
So spend each little millionth of a second wisely.

Becuase time runs and passes to quickly
We wish we could just catch the moments in jars and relive them another day. But we can't.

It's like fireflies. And each one has a story to tell. A memory to repeat.
But that's just a dream. Just imagination.

A fairy-tale.

It's just waiting to come out
To break through the glass.
To slip out of our fingers
But we can't hold on forever

We have to let go of the past
Even though it's hard
We can't live in the present
If we can't move on.
