Wishful Thinking Poem by Andre Brown

Wishful Thinking

Alone in this cold world one may seem,
Isolated with nothing but hopes & dreams,
Hesitant to step into the unknown,
Wanting something so bad while having to take things slow,
Separated from those who deceive using cunning & charm,
A child of love, I can do no harm.
