1. Customer obsession.
Leaders start with the customer and work backwards.
2. Leaders are owners.
They think long term and don't sacrifice long-term value
for short term gain.
3. Leaders think they are right a lot.
4. Leaders never daydream while on the job.
5. A leader is best when people hardly know he exists.
6. A leader is best when workers work hard and
don't complain.
