World Of Illusion. Poem by Anonymous Rose

World Of Illusion.

Rating: 2.3

This world of illusion seems
an abode of shadows, a tale of past.
A transitory phase, or, a scattered dream.
Short, as a wave over the other, surpassed.

Merely, a deflection of truth!
A droplet on the sea surface,
An ephemeral bloom of youth!
A short introductory preface.

Compared to the eternal Life,
where reigns the gleam of shine.
A Life with no sorrows, gloom or strife.
With your divine consent Lord! No confines, no decline!

Hmm. On the contrary, end of the poem is quite bright, joyous and ordeal free. Characterised with eternity and the assents of the Lord. The world of Paradise. A comparison is made between both the lives. But thanks for your valuable comments.

Don't like the end. Great words though; good job with the rhyme scheme. Overall a nice poem to read and then maybe forget or maybe remember. Its on the verge.
