Would You Leave Me? - Poem by Angel Croshier

I saw my sister
Screw up her life
So I don't wanna
End up like her

I'm not ready to be MOM
And you aren't ready to be dad
So I'm afraid you'd leave me

If it was an accident
And another life was involved
Would you leave me
To be a single mother?

If I was forced
By someone I didn't know
Would you make me
Get rid of it?

Then if I wanted to keep it,
Would you leave me?
This wasn't my fault
But I wont murder and innocent

You said you wouldn't
Let me keep it
But would you leave me
If I wanted it?

I don't want to be
A single mom.
I don't wanna be without
You ever. But I'm scared.

If I overwhelmed you.
Tell me and I'll back off.
Cuz I'll do anything to keep you.
Anything to make you stay.
