Writing Pretty Poem by Cin Sweet

Writing Pretty

my bic barfs black ink
upon the tidy vellum
crossing and mocking me
when i try

all the birds fall
out of the trees snickering
coughing up their sunflower seeds
when i try

I am stuffing an airplane
inside a cigar box
the wings breaking off
when i try

my black dog smiles sweet
then frowns and growls
terrifying me
when i try

worst of all of it
i am the fake
a pretty plastic cake
when i try

I am the can't
crammed in the can
so no i shan't try
not ever again
