As the light falls beneath the sky
Shines on the road I’ve been walked on
Through the crowded streets and people
I can see the glowing tears from your eyes

Last shows didn’t make you up
Never realize he would do such an act
All these times you held back for answer
Now he won’t give you any

I should have known from the start
I should have been there for your love
It could have been different situation
It could have been different ending

Now you can’t turn the clock
Back to when we first knew each other
The time when you wrongly saw love
You’d never recognize mine
