You Hold My Heart Poem by Fiona Schwartzinoff

You Hold My Heart

Rating: 1.0

You hold my heart –
Thus hold this page with care,
Softer than thunder; petals may tear
And fly in scattered colors away, apart;
How much more delicate is the heart!
Therefore take care of the frailty of this page,
Its delicate piecing; old as future, young as age –
You hold my heart.
