You know what?
I can't do this.
You're too far away
And it hurts.
All I want
Is to hold you.
I can't even
Do that much.
I love you.
I miss you.
I need you.
I can't lose you.
But, I fear I will
Every day.
You're just
Out of my reach.
Just past
My embrace.
Because of all
Of this I will
Make this promise:
I will love you,
Encourage you,
Help you when I can,
Listen when you vent,
Console you when you cry,
Remind you how beautiful you are.
I will love you
Even after my final breath.
I will try my best
To take care of you,
To provide for you,
To never let you down.
This is my promise
To you.
You deserve
The world.
I can't
Give you that much.
But, I can give you
Everything I am
And will be.
You are my world
And I need nothing else
But you in my life.
