Your My... Poem by Kevin Patrick

Your My...

Sometimes its hard just to admite
How much you mean keeping me clean
Patience and peace from you emit
Evicting the grit that makes more lean

I thought myself born out of tune
Growing old without a number two
But between the sun and the moon
theres always been me and you

So I've examined in my heart
all the pieces that are missing
And have found that your the part
That keeps my engins soaring

My strength of will and moral fiber
Exsits because of your tough charm
Your the network that decyphers
Good tastes from the Odious swarm

You infect me with your smiles
Penetrating my stiffend armor
From those loquatious lips begile
A Fresh fragrance that you garner

And though we've had our many wars
We've survived the bowls of disaster
Watching sunsets slide from shores
As we travel to brighter pastures

Without you I am half a man
that could not move in this cruel world
Because of you Im made to stand
And live with open arms unfurled

Fresh as a violet that blooms on earth
You fill the hole that makes me whole
Filling the cup of your loves flowing firth
With beauty because your my good soul
