Your Words Slit My Wrists Poem by tHeNameLeSs23drea Andrea Rivera

Your Words Slit My Wrists

Your voice is like a blade
Your words slit my wrists
But still your love.. It wont fade
No matter how many lies, or twists
Yours hugs are like a vise
Crushing me, heart, mind, and soul
My self esteem; a small sacrifice
Because I know with out you I cant be whole
I don’t know what to do with out you I don’t want try
Your heart, is cold, uncaring about my tears
Why?
But oddly in way you relieve my fears
As I tremble in the frightening dark, I close my eyes
I can picture you, that’s all I have to do
And when I think of my demise
I know that’s how much time I have to be with you
