You're Neighbour's Thoughts Poem by Robert Bondoc

You're Neighbour's Thoughts

If you love your neighbor,
don't forget to love
yourself.
Your spirit is worth more than a thousand
strangers.
And don't seek sacrifice,
make your neighbor sacrifice for you:
their time? Let it be yours,
their thoughts?
Let them be for you.
The desire for revenge
against ignorance?
Let it be yours.
