I didn't think you'll be one among the good many
who came for a night
with their emotions tight
to feel me when their passion was rife
and praised me many
as and when they rolled their sizzling lips
in and around, every nook and cranny
upon my frightful skin
to match their heat upon mine
they became lovers
whispering into my ears
sweet nothings with promises many
and I did believe them
hoping they be mine
but the dawn every morning
has brought me only painful partings
leaving me sweet nothings
only sad memories to carry
yesternight, I felt a difference
while you're with me
when you loved me
my body, and soul, my entirety
which quivered with your being
but the dawn made no difference
and so callously stood against me
when you packed your baggage
and whisked away for a new lodging.
