Rahul Rai Biography

Rahul Rai is a poet, playwright.

His written plays include Kaali Ghadi, Shoonya Batta Sannata, Daalmoth(shortlisted in Sanhita Manch2017) , Virah(poetry play) , Outer Dilli (developed in Writer's Bloc 4.) #Supernova (opened in june2017 by Indian Ensemble, banglore. Commissioned by Human Trade Network, Germany) . Kebab(selected play in Sanhita Manch2019) . His most recent play is 'Dot Dot Dot'.

He has translated plays like 'I want a country' by Andreas Flourakis and 'Avalanche' by Tuncer Cücenoglu in to Hindi.
His poem 'Gustakh Abdul' and 'Dark hour' has been translated in English and published in various magzine.
