Sitting silently in shade of tree,
My wandering mind was never free;
Remembering those golden days,
My thought went on spending spree.
...
Randomly Driven Down At Shore of seas,
Where I had been waiting for her day and night.
She has arrived finally,
Breaking the cruelty of world be it wrong or right.
...
All who slept tonight for ever!
Although had been away from me,
Never known to me;
Neither ill will nor enmity,
...
Whole night,
I have been pegged away from my mother,
In morning, I was hungry!
He came, tied legs of my with a tight rope,
...
Longing For Someone Lost
Sitting silently in shade of tree,
My wandering mind was never free;
Remembering those golden days,
My thought went on spending spree.
Full of laugh, full of joy,
Each one was happy, girl and boy;
Running in field, playing in home,
Dwelling under paradise dome.
Sweet quarreling among siblings,
Over a petty piece of toffee;
Playing Kabaddi* and winning Kancha*,
Was for us winning the trophy.
Free from religion, away from caste,
Life was happy, joyfully fast;
No worry for today, no anxiety for tomorrow,
There was nothing known as sorrow.
And then came suddenly,
The monster called "Maturity";
Heartless, loaded with knowledge,
Oh! But full of vanity.
On arrival of the monster,
Look! My loved one fled;
I don't know why and where,
But I lost her forever.
Where are you, O my childhood? ,
Can't you come again my dear?
I am longing for you, waiting for you,
With heavy heart, full of tear.
